My Story
My name is Crystal Scott. I am a mother, wife, CrossFitter, food junkie, blogger and Paleo/Zone goer. I have been CrossFitting for three and a half years. I hold a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification and Level 1 USA Weightlfiing Certification . I am currently enrolled in school to further my education in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.

I was introduced to the Paleo Diet when I started CrossFit. My whole family made the lifestyle change several years ago and have loved every minute of it.

My love of food has grown over the years and now I'm developing my own tasty recipes. After developing my own recipes, I began a food blog. www.theprehistoricpalate.com.

My knowledge of the Paleo diet and the Zone diet has grown over the years.  I am constantly educating myself on nutrition and cooking new dishes. I started teaching and sharing my experience at nutrition seminars about Paleo/Zone. There people learned how to make the healthy lifestyle change to Paleo/Zone, maximize their results, meal plan, cook and eat to achieve their goals. 

I found that people's busy lives affected their nutrition goals. I saw the need for a business that could make their lives easier by providing meals that were Paleo with Zone portions. That is when Paleo Rx was born. We provide the ultimate in convenience and affordability for Paleo/Zone eating by preparing and delivering delicious, gourmet Paleo/Zone meals.
